PS Service Agreement Entitles You to the Following Services:
- We schedule planned maintenance calls.
- Priority emergency service.
- 10% discount off preventative maintenance.
- For 24 hour emergency, call 605-336-0545.
- We service all makes and models of equipment.
- Agreement can be canceled at any time by either party.
- Clean condenser coil.
- Test electrical connections for tightness.
- Adjust system for optimum cooling.
- Check for oil and refrigerant leaks.
- Test safety devices.
- Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment. (if applicable)
- Test expansion valve and coil temperatures.
- Clean or replace air filter.
- Test refrigerant level.
- Check condensate drain.
- Lubricate as needed.
- Clean and adjust automatic controls.
- Clean burners.
- Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency.
- Test for combustion leaks.
- Test safety shutoff devices.
- Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment. (if applicable)
- Clean or replace air filter.
- Replace humidifier media at fall inspection.
- Check flue for satisfactory operation.
- Clean and test automatic controls.
- Check all wiring for loose connections and condition of insulation.
- Check supply voltage.
- Check amperage draw.
- Lubricate as needed.
- Check blower belt wear, tension, and alignment. (if applicable)
- Clean or replace air filter.
- Replace humidifier media at fall inspection.
- Lubricate as needed.
- Test defrost cycle and reversing valve operation.
- Adjust air volume for maximum efficiency.
- Test safety devices and electrical connections for tightness.
